I heard that these groups were involved in restrain of information. I'm certain that many people are witholding information from the public. Witholding information about giants of earth. Why someone would is unclear to me. Perhaps ego, religious or some monetary reason. I don't know.
Secret clubs want to know secrets. Things that the public doesn't know. After all, if they didn't have any real secrets, what's the point?

For centuries archeologists have found proof of giants. Giant bones of beings between 9 and 15 feet tall. You are doubious about giants? Consider this, all through recorded time there have been stories, 'folklore' about giants. From David and Goliath in the Bible, English lore about giants including Jack & the Beanstalk among many others. Most stories have basis in reality.
As you carefully read the Old Testament you may easily realize giants are a large part of many stories.
Archeologists who found proof excited to bring this knowledge to the public were quickly dismissed and required to surrender their find in order to have experts review their claims. At which time, University and government groups quickly buried the proof as directed by the senior science community.
Perhaps keeping this knowledge away from the general public provided an advantage to them. It may have been simply they didn't want to acknoledge the find because it was contrary to their own knowledge, beliefs even their religious concerns. Ego's could have been injured.

The Annunaki
Annunaki: 433,000 Years of Rule
The Sumerians possessed advanced understanding of mathematics, language and astronomy. However, there is no evidence of this knowledge evolving over time as one would expect. It just exists and is written about as being brought by the Anuna gods who came from the stars. The Sumerians are credited with establishing our modern day calendar and knew the cycles of the sun, moon, and visible planets. They knew the accurate length of a year.
The Sumerians were the first civilization to divide space and time by factors of six.
The contemporary division of the year into 12 months, 24 hours days, hours into 60 minutes with 60 seconds are all documented by the Sumerians. This division by factors of six was later found at several other megalithic structures on other continents.
Sumerian understanding of time gives perspective to the writings known as the "Kings List." This chronicle of rule begins with original Anuna supreme rulers’ decent from the heavens in the “kingship”. This is said to have happened after a great flood. This is believed to be referring to the Biblical flood. It then lists all the Anuna rulers that followed and how long they ruled. Amazingly, many of them are listed to rule for hundreds of years. Other for much shorter times (30 years on average.) The first ruler held power for 1200 years! We cannot imagine this to be true since our human life span is 70-90 years on average. However, consider that a highly advanced being, millions of years more developed than we are, may have achieved this kind of longevity. Consider our own life span average of 70-90 years compared to that of humans during the first century BC that lived 30 years on average. Now, imagine what effect a million years of evolution may have on our life span.
The Kings List chronicles 433,000 years of Anuna rule. This means the age of the Anuna gods spanned a much longer period of time than the recorded history of all civilizations on Earth combinded. The Anuna/Annunaki would have been on earth 430,000 years before any evidence of recorded history that has been discovered. We cannot imagine this amount of time since our limited experience in recorded history is less than 6,000 years in total (from Mesopotamia to today.) The accounts of people living these lengths of time are also found in the Hebrew Torah and Christian Bible’s texts called the Old Testament. The real question is just how old are these accounts of time? Likely much older than any of us can possibly imagine.
The Nephilim (plural) are the offspring of the "sons of God" and the "daughters of men" in Genesis 6:4, or giants who inhabit Canaan in Numbers 13:33. A similar word with different vowel-sounds is used in Ezekiel 32:27 to refer to dead Philistine warriors.
In the Hebrew Bible and several non-canonical Jewish and early Christian writings, nephilim means the fallen ones are a people created by the cross-breeding of the "sons of God" and the "daughters of men". The word nephilim is loosely translated as giants or titans in some Bibles, and is left untranslated in others.
The phrase "sons of God" is sometimes translated into English as "sons of gods". The Hebrew word, "Elohim", is a plural form, but is often used with single verbs and adjectives (as in this case) when the single meaning is traditionally understood.
The traditional Jewish view, deriving from the Book of Enoch, is that the fathers of the nephilim, the "sons of God", were the Grigori (a class of fallen angels also called the Watchers); however, there is some controversy on this point.
Some commentators suggest the nephilim were believed to have been fathered by members of a proto-Hebrew pantheon, and are a brief glimpse of early Hebrew religion, most of the details of which was later edited out from the Torah. Others, especially some Christians, suggest the "sons of God" were fully human. It is sometimes suggested that ridding the Earth of these nephilim was one of God's purposes for flooding the Earth in Noah's time.
Despite the literal text of the Bible and its traditional interpretation, the idea that heavenly beings mated with humans is controversial, particularly among Christians, who cite the teaching of Jesus in the Book of Matthew that angels do not marry (they may take the verse in question out of context because Jesus said that the resurrected don't marry in heaven but are as the angels).
Others who find the idea of angels mating with humans as distasteful have suggested more figurative interpretations of the nephilim, such as the idea that they were the offspring of men possessed by demons.Still others, including the Ethiopian Orthodox Church, take the traditional view of Genesis 6:1 that the allusion refers to some men, from the godly lineage of Seth, called sons of God (an expression denoting those in covenant relationship with YHWH, cf. Deuteronomy 14:1; 32:5), began to pursue fleshly interests, and so took wives of the daughters of men, i.e., those who were unbelievers descended of Cain. This is also the view presented in a few extra-biblical, yet ancient works, particularly the Second Book of Adam and Eve.
The Hebrew Bible - Torah
Writings about Noah explain that giants in those days were unclean beings. They did not practice any sort of hygene. God spoke in the Torah that he was to destroy the earth because of the 'sinners' or סַרְחָן. The translation of God's words were mistaken. What the Lord intended is to rid the world of the ;smelly' ones. The word sinners translates to סַרְחָ in Hebrew which actually translated is 'smelly ones.' or the giants. It was God's intent to destroy the giants of old by creating the flood.
Naturally, a world wide flood removed most of the proof that giants ever existed. There are still clues, the stones at Baalbek and other megalithic sites.
Not all signs of giants were completely erased. Archeologists over the centuries have found proof, however it has been quickly destroyed.
Those academics who translated the Bible and who have taught over the centuries don't appreciate being proven wrong. Imagine how they would loose control over people if it was found that they had no idea what the truth was and they had been teaching false gospel.

SMITHSONIAN ADMITS TO DESTRUCTION OF THOUSANDS OF GIANT HUMAN SKELETONS IN EARLY 1900’S
A US Supreme Court ruling has forced the Smithsonian institution to release classified papers dating from the early 1900’s that proves the organization was involved in a major historical cover up of evidence showing giants human remains in the tens of thousands had been uncovered all across America and were ordered to be destroyed by high level administrators to protect the mainstream chronology of human evolution at the time.
The allegations stemming from the American Institution of Alternative Archeology (AIAA) that the Smithsonian Institution had destroyed thousands of giant human remains during the early 1900’s was not taken lightly by the Smithsonian who responded by suing the organization for defamation and trying to damage the reputation of the 168-year old institution.
During the court case, new elements were brought to light as several Smithsonian whistle blowers admitted to the existence of documents that allegedly proved the destruction of tens of thousands of human skeletons reaching between 6 feet and 12 feet in height, a reality mainstream archeology can not admit to for different reasons, claims AIAA spokesman, James Churward.
«There has been a major cover up by western archaeological institutions since the early 1900’s to make us believe that America was first colonized by Asian peoples migrating through the Bering Strait 15,000 years ago, when in fact, there are hundreds of thousands of burial mounds all over America which the Natives claim were there a long time before them, and that show traces of a highly developed civilization, complex use of metal alloys and where giant human skeleton remains are frequently found but still go unreported in the media and news outlets» he explains.
- A giant human femur uncovered in Ohio in 2011 by the American Association for Alternative Archeology, similar to the evidence presented in court.
«It is a terrible thing that is being done to the American people» he wrote in the letter. «We are hiding the truth about the forefathers of humanity, our ancestors, the giants who roamed the earth as recalled in the Bible and ancient texts of the world».
The US Supreme Court has since forced the Smithsonian Institution to publicly release classified information about anything related to the “destruction of evidence pertaining to the mound builder culture” and to elements “relative to human skeletons of greater height than usual”, a ruling the AIAA is extremely enthused about.
«The public release of these documents will help archaeologists and historians to reevaluate current theories about human evolution and help us greater our understanding of the mound builder culture in America and around the world» explains AIAA director, Hans Guttenberg. «Finally, after over a century of lies, the truth about our giant ancestors shall be revealed to the world» he acknowledges, visibly satisfied by the court ruling.
The documents are scheduled to be released in 2015 and the operation will be coordinated by an independent scientific organization to assure political neutrality.

Strange Skulls
First reported in the 4 May 1912 issue of the New York Times the 18 skeletons found by the Peterson brothers on Lake Lawn Farm in southwest Wisconsin exhibited several strange and freakish features.
Their heights ranged between 7.6ft and 10 feet and their skulls "presumably those of men, are much larger than the heads of any race which inhabit America to-day." They tend to have a double row of teeth, 6 fingers, 6 toes and like humans came in differant races. The teeth in the front of the jaw are regular molars. Heads usually found are elongated believed due to longer than normal life span.
" One must wonder how much can they lift if twice the size of a average human today? Are these the Giants the Bible & many other civilizations have in their history and painted on their walls. The Bible in Genisis 6:4 " There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old men of renown. " Now this is faulty logic to any scientist out there because I am using religous/cultural history to fill a hole in science.
Over 200 Giant digs have been found in recent years. Giant skeleton finds have not made the local/national news since the 1950's for the most part. It seems in most peoples opinion do to the fear that people would question evolution . If anything a de-evolution.
In 2002, National Geographic reported a dozen Cyclops skeletons found in Greece that stood 12-15 1/2 Ft tall. That is 3 humans tall. One eye socket. Giants in history are typically cannibalistic in nature. The reason why I am bringing up giants will all tie into politics, and word happenings. Look at a basketball hoop and add 5 feet. That tall. Greek Mythology talks about war with cyclops learning they had to bring down by taking out their legs rendering them slow and helpless. American Giants (Red Hair Giants) where found with egyptian writing on their tombs have been found in multiple locations.

Was this some sort of prank, a hoax played by local farm boys or a demented taxidermist for fun and the attention of the press? The answer is no.
The Lake Delavan find of May 1912 was only one of dozens and dozens of similar finds that were reported in local newspapers from 1851 forward to the present day. It was not even the first set of giant skeletons found in Wisconsin.
On 10 August 1891, the New York Times reported that scientists from the Smithsonian Institution had discovered several large "pyramidal monuments" on Lake Mills, near Madison, Wisconsin. "Madison was in ancient days the centre of a teeming population numbering not less than 200,000," the Times said. The excavators found an elaborate system of defensive works which they named Fort Aztalan.
"The celebrated mounds of Ohio and Indiana can bear no comparison, either in size, design or the skill displayed in their construction with these gigantic and mysterious monuments of earth -- erected we know not by whom, and for what purpose we can only conjecture," said the Times.
On 20 December 1897, the Times followed up with a report on three large burial mounds that had been discovered in Maple Creek, Wisconsin. One had recently been opened.
"In it was found the skeleton of a man of gigantic size. The bones measured from head to foot over nine feet and were in a fair state of preservation. The skull was as large as a half bushel measure. Some finely tempered rods of copper and other relics were lying near the bones."
Giant skulls and skeletons of a race of "Goliaths" have been found on a very regular basis throughout the Midwestern states for more than 100 years. Giants have been found in Minnesota, Iowa, Illinois, Ohio, Kentucky and New York, and their burial sites are similar to the well-known mounds of the Mound Builder people.
The spectrum of Mound builder history spans a period of more than 5,000 years (from 3400 BCE to the 16th CE), a period greater than the history of Ancient Egypt and all of its dynasties.
There is a "prevailing scholarly consensus" that we have an adequate historical understanding of the peoples who lived in North America during this period. However, the long record of anomalous finds like those at Lake Delavan suggests otherwise.
The Great Smithsonian Cover-Up
Has there been a giant cover-up? Why aren't there public displays of gigantic Native American skeletons at natural history museums?
The skeletons of some Mound Builders are certainly on display. There is a wonderful exhibit, for example, at the Aztalan State Park where one may see the skeleton of a "Princess of Aztalan" in the museum.
But the skeletons placed on display are normal-sized, and according to some sources, the skeletons of giants have been covered up.
Specifically, the Smithsonian Institution has been accused of making a deliberate effort to hide the "telling of the bones" and to keep the giant skeletons locked away.
In the words of Vine Deloria, a Native American author and professor of law:
"Modern day archaeology and anthropology have nearly sealed the door on our imaginations, broadly interpreting the North American past as devoid of anything unusual in the way of great cultures characterized by a people of unusual demeanor. The great interloper of ancient burial grounds, the nineteenth century Smithsonian Institution, created a one-way portal, through which uncounted bones have been spirited. This door and the contents of its vault are virtually sealed off to anyone, but government officials. Among these bones may lay answers not even sought by these officials concerning the deep past."Two Giant Skeletons Near Potosi, WI
The January 13th, 1870 edition of the Wisconsin Decatur Republican reported that two giant, well-preserved skeletons of an unknown race were discovered near Potosi, WI by workers digging the foundation of a saw mill near the bank of the Mississippi river. One skeleton measured seven-and-a-half feet, the other eight feet. The skulls of each had prominent cheek bones and double rows of teeth. A large collection of arrowheads and "strange toys" were found buried with the remains.

On December 20th, 1897 the New York Times reported that three large burial mounds had been discovered near Maple Creek, WI. Upon excavation, a skeleton measuring over nine feet from head to toe was discovered with finely tempered copper rods and other relics.
Giant Skeleton in West Bend, WI
A giant skeleton was unearthed outside of West Bend near Lizard Mound County Park and assembled by local farmers to a height of eight feet. More about this can be found in Washington County Paranormal: A Wisconsin Legend Trip by local author and investigator J. Nathan Couch.
While a normal-sized skeleton of a supposed mound builder (the "Princess of Aztalan") is on display at the site of several large pyramidal monuments near Madison called Aztalan State Park, the goliath remains of Wisconsin's giants have vanished along with the hundreds of others discovered throughout the midwest.
Many have accused the Smithsonian Institution of covering up these discoveries, locking the giant skeletons away and depriving the public of their findings.
